Jeremy Johnson is back with us by request. He shared his paintings with us for the first time two years ago and will be hanging his new show on November 11th.
Jeremy was born in the town of Blacksburg, Virginia. He developed a passion for music and art early in life, spending most of his free time drawing as a child and later playing music. The artwork he does reflects the love he has for music and film, taking iconic musicians and actors and creating vibrant portraits.
"I love doing portrait work. I feel like I get a glimpse into the beauty and depth of God's creations, as I study and try to recreate someone's likeness on canvas or a piece of paper."
Jeremy Johnson is a musician, engineer, and artist that currently resides in Daleville Virginia with his wife, Erin.
Each artist contributes 20% of their art sales to the 1000 Hills Art Project. We greatly appreciate their giving and Land of a Thousand Hills is honored to support our local art community.
